Hillary's Smart Diplomacy on Display

Good grief, woman, you're the Secretary of State. How about growing up and acting like it instead of some blubbering schoolgirl.

Is this the smart diplomacy we hear so much about?
If they were in a classroom, the teacher would have separated them quick smart.

Because Hillary Clinton and David Miliband were doing much more flirting than working.

The U.S. Secretary of State, who has already admitted having a crush on her young British counterpart, was giggling like a schoolgirl at him.

And Mr Miliband was equally absorbed - despite the serious business on the agenda at the Nato summit in Brussels.

While the other foreign ministers in the room prepared for a discussion on the war in Afghanistan, the pair looked like a couple of overexcited teenagers.

There was shoulder rubbing, lots of eye contact and laughing, and at one stage Mrs Clinton seemed to be reaching down to give her neighbour a back massage.

Another picture shows her apparently about to slap her desk in delight at some Miliband witticism or joke.
...
Mrs Clinton, 62, spoke last month of her unlikely crush on Mr Miliband, 44.

She told Vogue magazine that she liked his accent and added: 'Well, if you saw him it would be a BIG crush. I mean, he is so vibrant, vital, attractive, smart. He's really a good guy. And he's so young!'
